Fohntech Group are currently looking for a number of experienced Pipefitters to join their team in Cork. These are on going positions offering an exciting opportunity to work on a leading-edge project.

Key Responsibilities

Reading and interpreting Isometric drawings and Mechanical Drawings specifications to determine the layout, sequence, and location of piping systems.

Measuring and cutting pipes to the required length, using hand and power tools, such as saws, pipe cutters, and grinders.

Assembling and fitting large bore pipe systems.

Installing and connecting pipes and components according to the design specifications and safety standards.

Complying with safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries and damage to equipment.

Key Requirements

Proven exper ience as a Pipe Fitter.

Experience in SCH Carbon and Stainless Essential.

Prefabrication and installation of large-bore pipe systems, reading of isometric and mechanical drawings.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong focus on safety and quality.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Necessary Visa required to work in Ireland if applicable.
