My client is on a mission to transform enterprise applications.

They are seeking a dedicated Product Manager with experience launching and managing SaaS products to support the rollout of new HR technology and employee experience innovations.

This pivotal role will focus on the next growth phase for a leading product, helping plan the roadmap and support the delivery of features that empower employees to find answers, resolve issues, and access help when and where they need it.

Are you passionate about bridging gaps between user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities, shaping a product that truly makes a difference in people's daily work lives?

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and the wider product ecosystem.

Translate the strategy into a detailed, prioritized roadmap, clearly explaining the rationale and expected impact to stakeholders.

Conduct in-depth user research, gather feedback, and analyse data to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the employee help and support experience.

Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define requirements, drive development, and deliver successful product launches.

Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, guiding agile teams from ideation to deployment.

Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and iterate on features to boost adoption, satisfaction, and business value.

5+ years of experience in SaaS product management; experience with HR technology, internal tools, or employee experience platforms is an added advantage.

A user-centric mindset and a passion for creating intuitive and robust user experiences.
