Salary :   Negotiable depending on experience

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven  Production Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin 24. We are seeking a proactive, experienced Production Manager within the Pharmaceutical industry to lead the daily operations of our production team, ensuring the efficient, safe, and on-time delivery of products.

Your new role includes :

  • Following EHS Standards : Ensure the team follows Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies
  • Ensuring Process Efficiency : Oversee production processes, ensuring alignment with customer delivery schedules and overall production goals.
  • Supporting Cleanroom Supervisor : Assist in meeting daily production targets by providing guidance and resolving any issues.
  • Assigning Workload : Allocate daily tasks to production team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Production Planning : Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Process Improvements : Suggest and implement improvements to enhance production capacity, quality, and overall efficiency
  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to ensure a positive, productive environment.

    • Experience you need :

  • 5 – 7 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing planning
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures in manufacturing
