Job descriptionTo carry out planned preventative maintenance on all mechanical systems and equipment Proactively identify maintenance issues, to maximize equipment uptime. Servicing of mechanical equipment, boilers, heat systems components and pressure units. To carry out fault resolution and repairs to broken down equipment. Upload appropriate PPM records and reports in line with requirements. Assist in quoting for follow on works, installation of new plant and equipment. To keep the help desk and engineering managers updated at all times in relation to equipment Issues. To be a self-motivated maintenance technician and continuously strive for self-improvement Ensure any training deemed necessary by your line manager is completed within the agreed timeframe. Must be willing to take on and familiarize yourself with all relevant site systems as deemed necessary to complete the role. Ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety and legislative requirements. Ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with all current regulations Ensure that EH & S procedures are adhered to at all times. Contribute to targets related to Safety, Quality, Compliance and Continuous Improvement. Report of any accident, incidents and out of place findings to the line manager. Maintain work areas, plant room areas in a tidy condition at all times. Senior Trades in a plumbing / mechanical discipline or Diploma in a relevant mechanical engineering discipline Experience in the following areas - Utilities / Facilities Formal training (RGI Qualified) Previous relevant experience Excellent communication skills both verbal & written. Computer literate, tablet, smart phone, computer programs. Proven track record in Preventative and Reactive Maintenance in a similar environment. Garda vetting mandatory
We are looking for Mobile RGI and Boilers Mechanical Technicians to join our mobile team in Leinster area
Working pattern : Monday to Friday from 8am to 16 : 30pm
- Flexibility required for on-call requests
Main Duties and Responsibilities
You will carry out planned maintenance activities, reactive maintenance and new installations enabling the business to carry out their business activities in a safe comfortable, productive & cost effective environment. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of planned and unplanned maintenance of plant and utilities, in compliance with the company's and client's EHS and Quality standards. This is a nationwide mobile mechanical engineer role.
