We are hiring an Physiotherapists for a leading Nursing Home in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities
Carry a clinical caseload appropriate to the role.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans in line with best practice.
Set clinical goals in partnership with patients, their families, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain high standards of professional practice for self and staff within designated clinical areas.
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
Oversee, guide, and monitor physiotherapy team performance to ensure adherence to best practice standards.
Regularly review and evaluate physiotherapy services, identifying changing needs and opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements
Hold a physiotherapy qualification recognised by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
CORU registration number must be stated on the application.
For Section 91 applicants awaiting registration, include CORU application number and date of submission.
Possess relevant clinical experience, ideally in an acute hospital or healthcare setting.
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the area of physical and intellectual disability (desirable) .
Evidence of CPD in leadership and mentoring (desirable) .

Requirements
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and reflective practice. Ability to motivate and educate patients to achieve rehabilitation goals. Proficient in documentation, report writing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
