About Your New Job As theMaintenance Team Lead, you will support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely, and reliably. You will take a hands-on leadership role in driving maintenance performance, asset care, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will : Lead the IWS (Integrated Work Systems) maintenance agenda, coaching teams and driving process improvements. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance team, prioritising tasks, planning repairs, and coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance. Act as the key support to the Maintenance Manager, and take full responsibility for site maintenance operations when required. Ensure maintenance activities align with production needs with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Collaborate through regular team meetings to align with operations and site objectives. What Skills You Need Relevant technical qualification (Electrical background highly desirable). Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proven experience in leading, developing, and managing a maintenance or engineering team. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Solid technical knowledge with the ability to prioritise maintenance workloads effectively. Whats on Offer €50k€70k salarydepending on experience.
