Aircraft Leasing AVP Tax / Associate Director

We are recruiting for a high-profile lessor with an opening for an Associate Director / AVP Tax to lead the tax team.

Responsibilities :

Provide strategic tax advice on global transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and sales.
Manage tax compliance processes, including corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing.
Lead tax audits and liaise with tax authorities and third-party stakeholders.
Oversee tax planning initiatives in collaboration with leadership and external advisors.
Drive process improvements, automation, and compliance optimization.
Monitor legislative changes and maintain up-to-date tax guidance.

Qualifications :

Minimum 4 years of experience in tax management, preferably within the financial services or aviation leasing industry.

Professional accounting or tax qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of both current and deferred taxation.

Strong knowledge of international tax, preferably in aviation or asset management.

Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and work independently.
