Responsibilities :

  • Supervision and associated administration of all Civil / Structural related construction works on site.
  • Supervision of requirements and instructions from the Employers Representative (ER), Design Team, Client and Local Authority etc.
  • Monitor, measure, inspect and report on works being carried out to the Employer’s Requirements.
  • Assist the Employer’s Representative in Technical and Contractual matters.
  • Prepare regular site progress reports in conjunction with other site Resident Staff regarding Quality and Programme.
  • Review of Method Statements and Contractor’s Engineering works proposals.
  • Maintain comprehensive records / diary of work in progress and report on same.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent certification desirable.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering, supervising large infrastructure works.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a Team worker.
  • Can define potential problem issues, collect data, establish, and report on facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • IT skills and familiarity with relevant computer applications.
  • Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude.
