Clinical Project Manager (CPM) (Full Time)Dublin, IrelandDescriptionKey Requirements Science and / or medical or nursing background.Minimum 5 years of Clinical Research experience, with oncology experience being an advantage, including 4 years at Associate Project Manager level.Proven ability to deliver project goals and mentor junior employees.In-depth knowledge of the Irish clinical trials environment.Experience with drafting and managing Clinical Trial budgets is an advantage.Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the company internationally.Main FunctionsMaintain knowledge and ensure conduct of assigned studies in compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, applicable guidelines, SOPs, study protocols, and project-specific procedures.Manage successful execution of multiple projects and lead cross-functional project teams.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage assigned studies from concept to final report, adhering to all relevant guidelines and procedures.Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to identify new studies and manage collaborations.Contribute to operational strategies and processes.Lead protocol development and liaise with the Study Start-up team.Develop and execute study plans, including setting goals, managing risks, planning resources, and overseeing study teams.Manage training and ensure proper documentation and trial master files.Oversee site visits and documentation.Proactively identify issues and implement resolutions to minimize risks.Prepare for audits and inspections, and manage follow-up actions.Assist with budget drafting and management throughout the study lifecycle.Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained.Contribute to SOP development and updates.Update COO on trial activities.Identify and report scientific misconduct per policies.Perform additional tasks as assigned by COO.Cancer Trials Ireland is dedicated to opening and operating new cancer clinical trials in Ireland, providing patients access to innovative treatments.
