Project Manager Responsibilities : Project Delivery : Manage, coordinate, and execute the full project scope or specific packages of work, ensuring delivery on all key objectives including Health & Safety, Design, Quality, Programme, and Commercial. Oversee project planning, resourcing, and execution to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements. Team Leadership : Lead, manage, and motivate the project team to achieve high performance and deliver outstanding project outcomes. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Promote a positive site culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and accountability. Continuous Improvement : Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the project team. Explore and implement new technologies, methods, and approaches to improve delivery efficiency. Carry out effective short- to medium-term planning to mitigate project risks and deliver on stakeholder expectations. Necessary Requirements : Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 7+ years post-qualification experience, including proven success managing large construction projects. Strong background working with main building contractors, ideally having progressed through the ranks. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
