Electrical Site Manager

Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale solar project based in Cork. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical site management, particularly within the renewable energy or utility-scale solar sector. Your new role Lead and manage all on-site electrical activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of works Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety performance across the site Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspections, and handover documentation Ensure all electrical installations meet regulatory and client standards What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on utility-scale solar or similar electrical infrastructure projects Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., trade certs, degree, or equivalent) Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and commissioning processes Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders Valid Safe Pass and other relevant site certifications What you'll get in return Opportunity to work on a high-profile renewable energy project Competitive hourly rate Supportive project team and professional working environment Long-term potential for future projects What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
