Full time / Part time Permanent Contract Responsibilities The role entails directing and coordinating the daily operations of patient care within the unit.

Conducting thorough analyses of workloads and skill requirements is essential to effectively meet the needs of patients' care.

Evaluate the competencies of staff members and assign patient care responsibilities accordingly.

It is crucial to familiarize oneself with hospital policies regarding the secure administration of cytotoxic preparations.

Assistswithpatientcareasneeded.

Requirements Be included on the NMBI's general division of the nursing registry (the most important requirement).

Own three to five years of experience in an oncology or palliative care context after registering, with at least two of those years spent in a managerial capacity.

Hold an acknowledged degree or experience in the field (preferred) Having at least one year of managerial experience, preferably more Having finished a management training course (ideally) Possessed demonstrated clinical and professional skills Be proficient in using all pertinent applications and possess strong IT abilities.
