Commercial Finance Manager ??Dublin | On-site | Salary up to €90,000 DOE Were recruiting for an International Group Company with operations across Engineering & Construction. This is ahands-on commercial finance opportunitywith significant visibility across operations, projects, and group finance. Youll work directly with key operational leads to drive performance, support strategic initiatives, and enhance commercial decision-making in a business thats scaling. Why apply? ? Progression opportunities this role reports to a senior leader and will evolve What you'll do Finance Business Partnering Lead monthly performance reviews with project managers, operational leads, and commercial teams Prepare and present meaningful analysis around project performance Support financial modelling Work closely with Group Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning About you Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) EU Passport or Valid Working Visa (No Sponsorship Available) Strong commercial or operational finance background Confident communicator who can challenge and influence stakeholders Comfortable with Excel, financial modelling, and working at pace This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a broad commercial finance role with real visibility and scope to make an impact.
