Are you an experienced IT professional ready to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations in a dynamic and supportive environment? Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for an IT Administrator to lead the delivery of user support, system performance, capacity planning, and security across both IT and business systems.

Responsibilities :

Manage and support daily IT operations, infrastructure, networks, and cloud services
Supervise IT support staff and provide training and mentorship
Maintain security standards and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
Monitor system performance and report to the IT Manager
Deliver operational improvements and ad hoc changes as needed

Requirements :

2-3 years of experience in IT operations (networks, servers, Active Directory, cloud ,

Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, storage , and Windows server environments

Strong understanding of IT security and infrastructure best practices

Working knowledge of SQL and database management

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science , or related field
