O'Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Contracts Manager for a M&E Contractor based in Dublin.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career with a growing employer.

Key Responsibilities : Lead multiple project teams to deliver contracts on schedule and within scope.

Maintain collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality standards are met.

Manage compliance with Health & Safety regulations onsite.

Support contract cost management, including variations, working closely with the project surveyor.

Identify potential risks in project schedules and coordinate timely interventions with design teams.

Ensure accurate planning and scheduling, aligning with project milestones.

Qualifications and Experience : Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.

Over 10 years' relevant experience in construction or a related field.

Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects concurrently.

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Highly motivated with strong leadership and team management abilities.

Skilled in problem-solving and resolving project coordination challenges.
