Summary

Fenergo is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Dublin-based Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a progressive, fast-growing company and to work on global digital marketing campaigns. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Digital Team to further develop and build Fenergo’s digital marketing presence globally.

Digital Marketing Campaigns :

  • Help to plan and execute webinars from start to finish - including initial set up on webinar platform, landing page set up, email scheduling, digital ad research and booking, coordinating running of live / pre-recorded webinar and creating follow-up plan.
  • Track, analyse and report on webinar performance and work with Sales and BDR Teams to develop follow up nurture plan.
  • Develop compelling email and nurture campaigns to target difference audiences at different stages of the buyer’s journey and drive engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and report on email campaign metrics (e.g. open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize based on performance data.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of our email sends.
  • Work closely with content, product and digital marketing teams to develop compelling content and optimize results across all digital channels.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team and Digital Marketing agency to research and plan social media posts, build and manage an editorial calendar, continuously evaluate and track social media performance, introduce actions to drive conversions, and drive our social advocacy program.

Digital Marketing Reports :

  • You will provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the Director of Digital Marketing using Salesforce and Marketo data across all campaign channels and activities – webinar, social media, email performance and conversions, digital advertising effectiveness and digital lead generation etc.
  • Requirements

    Skills and Requirements :

  • 3-5 years B2B marketing experience in ideally in finance or software solutions.
  • Previous experience using a marketing automation system (Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot) and webinar platform (e.g. On24, Go to Webinar).
  • Have experience using different social media channels and using scheduling and analytics software (e.g. Oktopost).
  • A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Very strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering a high standard of work.
  • Enjoy learning new technologies that enhance Fenergo’s digital presence.
  • Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and different social media channels.
  • Qualifications :

  • Nice to have : Degree in Marketing or a business-related degree
