Internal Sales Engineer €45-50K Salary | 12% Bonus | Healthcare | Pension | 25 Days Holiday THE COMPANY : Established in Ireland for over 30 years, our client has a worldwide presence in the manufacturing sector with a multi billion turnover. With plans to increase their market share locally, they are looking for an Internal sales Engineer to deal with their existing book of business. They are an international manufacturer of HVAC solutions and its products are found on large commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, and education projects around the world. They are involved in the renewable energy sector and are experiencing rapid growth, so it is an exciting time to join the business. THE ROLE : The Internal Sales Engineer is ideal for either someone with experience in an internal sales role or a recent mechanical / electrical engineering graduate. You will provide essential support to the sales team, assisting with quotes, technical support, product selection, and customer inquiries. This role is 100% account management with a strong existing client base and all inbound inquiries. This is a Monday to Friday role. 5 days will be office-based in North Dublin. Key Responsibilities : Organise and prepare quotes and proposals for customers Provide technical advice to assist customers with product selection Support the Sales Manager with administrative and technical tasks Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information THE PERSON : Mechanical / Electrical Engineering degree desirable relevant experience in an internal sales role will also be considered Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to learn quickly and support technical sales functions effectively What We Offer : Competitive salary of €45,000 - €50,000 12% bonus based on company and individual performance Comprehensive healthcare plan Company-matched pension scheme 25 days holiday LOCATION : Dublin or commutable distance to North Dublin BMS Performance specialises in recruiting sales professionals, nationally.
