We are looking for an Ambitious Dynamic Foodie with A strong retail background - ideally in fresh food environment A minimum of 2 years people management experience A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service Excellent communication skills Commercial acumen A detailed eye and a Creative flair Flexibility and adaptability Weekend availability - please note this position involves weekend work The role is ideally suited to an Experienced and Ambitious retail team leader looking for the next step up in their career. As Retail Manager you will lead the retail team and look after the day to day management and running of the retail store and coffee bar. You will be part of the Company's wider Management team and will work closely with the company directors and contribute to the development of the business.
