Job Title : Support Services Manager
Reports to : Managing Director, Avoca
Role Summary
The Support Services Manager oversees all support service functions across the Avoca estate-including maintenance, facilities, property, and logistics. This role ensures that physical assets are maintained, facilities are safe and compliant, and inventory and distribution systems are efficient and aligned with Avoca's growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance Management
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Supervise internal maintenance teams and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Act as first point of contact for Health & Safety issues
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and optimize equipment uptime
- Manage maintenance budgets and procurement
2. Facilities & Property Management
Oversee upkeep, renovation, and security of all propertiesManage IT infrastructure related to store operationsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsHandle leases, property documentation, and vendor contractsCoordinate space planning and new store openingsImplement energy efficiency initiativesManage facilities / property budgets and procurement3. Logistics, Stock & Distribution Management
