About the Role Were seeking a visionary leader to head our psychology services, supporting children and adults with complex disabilities including autism and neurodiversity.

This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, lead clinical excellence, and drive innovation across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead strategic development and service transformation.

Oversee high-quality, evidence-based psychological care.

Foster stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.

Promote research, education, and clinical supervision.

Manage resources, performance, and compliance.

What Youll Bring Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent).

Registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Significant experience in disability, autism, and neurodiversity.

Proven leadership and clinical expertise.

Strong communication and inclusive practice.
