Extensive senior-level leadership and governance experience A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic operational outcomes Strong stakeholder engagement and people leadership capabilities Experience in managing complex change, compliance, and financial oversight A passion for driving excellence in public service or educational institutions Role and Reporting Lines Reporting directly to the President and serving as a key member of the senior executive team, the role will involve :
Strategic Operations – Oversee the development and delivery of efficient, aligned support services across campuses Leadership – Lead a broad team of Directors and functional heads across Estates, HR, IT, Legal and more Transformation – Drive major operational improvement projects and organisational development initiatives Governance – Represent the operations function at Board and Committee level ensuring compliance and best practice Stakeholder Management – Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic priorities Performance – Set and monitor performance goals for service areas under remit Risk & Compliance – Ensure robust risk management, legal and regulatory compliance across operations Culture & Inclusion – Champion a collaborative, inclusive culture supporting the wider institutional mission Interested in this position?
