What Youll Be Doing Team Leadership Lead, coach, and inspire the front-of-house crew (hosts, floor staff, till operators, takeaway coordinators) to deliver top-notch service every shift.

Customer Experience Set the tone by ensuring every guest is welcomed warmly, served efficiently, and leaves happy.

Handle feedback with professionalism and positivity.

Smooth Operations Manage floor plans, reservations, and busy service flows to keep things running seamlessly between the kitchen, bar, and floor.

Training & Development Support new staff with training, keep the team motivated, and help everyone grow their skills.

Stock & Systems Oversee tills, monitor supplies, and ensure everythings in place for fast, accurate service.

Standards & Compliance Maintain health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards to keep staff and guests safe at all times.

Problem-Solving Be the go-to for quick decisions and calm solutions when challenges arise.
