Childminder

Red Chair Recruitment are seeking a caring, reliable and experienced Childminder to look after three children in their own home in Killarney. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment, supporting the childrens daily routines, learning, and development. This is a permanent, full time, Monday to Friday position. Key Responsibilities : Provide attentive care to three children in their own home Prepare healthy meals and snacks Organise age-appropriate activities (indoor and outdoor play, arts and crafts, reading, etc.) Assist with school runs, homework, and after-school activities Maintain a tidy and safe environment for the children Communicate regularly with parents regarding routines, progress, and any concerns Requirements : 2+ years previous childcare experience (professional or family-based) Full clean drivers licence and own car (school runs and outings required) Genuine love of working with children Garda Vetting (or willingness to complete vetting before start) Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g. QQI Level 5 in Childcare or equivalent) Salary is open to negotiation and based on experience.
