Job Description : The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels and a proud member of the Leading Hotels of the World, is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to join our award-winning Spa and Health Club team.

In this full-time leadership role, you will support The Spa in the day-to-day operations and contribute to the delivery of exceptional five-star service in line with LHW and LQA standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take the next step in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities : Support the Spa Management team with daily operations, reporting, and business planning.

Mentor and guide the Spa team, ensuring high standards of service, grooming, and professionalism.

Oversee team scheduling, training, and LQA standards implementation.

Generate financial reports and manage stock control, office supplies, and spa inventory.

Coordinate all aspects of the guest journey, spa bookings, and treatment diary.

Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Maintain the spa's presentation, cleanliness, safety, and readiness at all times.

Manage spa memberships, handle client enquiries, and resolve issues with care and discretion.

Take part in team briefings, meetings, and training sessions as required.

Lead by example in providing exceptional service and supporting colleagues.

About You : Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a luxury spa environment.

Knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and guest service best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

A passion for hospitality, wellness, and five-star guest experiences.

Ability to thrive in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
