Availability: 37.5hrs - Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7 - Between 9:30 - 19:00

Salary: €15.65ph + uncapped monthly commission

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Vodafone retail store team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales and management skills who is eager to develop and progress in their career.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daytoday running of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading the team to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales targets while motivating and coaching the team.
• Support with daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding experience.
