Your Role
Ensure the day-to-day Front Office operations are carried out in line with Department and Hotel standardsTo provide quality service to guests at all times, dealing with all queries and complaints arising in a timely mannerTo carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirementsAssist with Front Desk activities / guest queries and check in / out of guestsDeal with all payments, ensuring they are balanced and accurateAssist with the induction, training and supervision of all Team MembersTrack and monitor weekly customer feedback and respond as appropriateReview all Customer Service feedback targets and implement corrective action if / as requiredEnsure guest satisfaction standards are maintained by the Reception TeamTo control all costs, including payroll, associated with the DepartmentMotivate the Team Members towards achieving the Sales targets for Front OfficeTo liaise with the Revenue and Reservations Manager in maximising Front Office salesTo ensure the brand loyalty targets are achieved in conjunction with Guest Relations Manager The PersonHave minimum 2 / 3 years previous experience in Front Office Management, in a leading 4 / 5 star hotelHave excellent interpersonal skillsHave an appropriate 3rd level qualification in Hospitality / Hospitality Management or a relevant disciplineHave extensive experience managing operating and managing Hotsoft PMSBe experienced with MS Office packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.Be very flexible, being prepared to help out the rest of the management Team in a willing and positive manner Why Join ?Be the brand voice of a 5-star icon on Irelands west coast.

Please note, this role is based on-site fulltime at the Hotel and includes evening and weekend work schedules.
