Social Care Professionals - Cavan We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers, Social Care Leaders, and Social Care Managers to join our residential services for children and young people with disabilities in Cavan. Hours Approx. 160 hours per month (mix of day shifts and sleepovers) Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support Promote the dignity, safety and wellbeing of young people Implement care and placement plans in line with national standards Supervise, mentor and support staff teams (leadership and manager roles) Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Requirements Minimum Level 7 / 8 qualification in Social Care or related discipline (e.g. Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Teaching, Social Sciences) Relevant experience working with children in care (management experience required for leadership / manager roles) Knowledge of social care principles and practice Full driving licence Why Join Us?
