We are hiring for our client a well-established construction company operating across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth and new project awards they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Drogheda. This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking professional with proven new build experience to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

The Role:
Deliver construction projects on time and to the highest standards
Report directly to the contracts manager and project director
Maintain accurate records reports and site documentation
Manage and motivate site teams to achieve project goals
Conduct risk assessments and ensure H&S compliance
Oversee labour organisation and subcontractor coordination
Liaise with engineers review construction drawings and survey sites
Play an active role in contract negotiations
The Person:
Previous experience as a Site Manager with new build projects (essential)
Strong technical and practical knowledge of construction methods
Self-motivated with excellent team-building skills
Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
Analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability
Relevant third-party H&S site management training/certification
