As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for the store's operational running and success, leading by example and supporting a diverse team to deliver against key targets.
Contracted Hours : 37.5
Responsibilities
Lead by example with a passion for selling and delivering fantastic customer service; coach the team to do the same
Deliver the store's daily, weekly and yearly targets, and communicate what needs to be done each shift to achieve them
Review store performance and develop action plans, feeding back challenges
Open and close the store using key holder responsibilities, adhering to security procedures
Prepare and issue store rotas
Manage stock inventory and implement actions to minimise stock loss
Coach and mentor staff with regular 1 : 1s, monitor performance, and recognise achievements
Recruit for your store, recognising that a great team is key to store performance
