Key Responsibilities

Represent leading market participants in complex transactions

Provide legal and commercial expertise across corporate activities

Collaborate with cross-border and interdisciplinary teams

Get involved in business development and thought leadership initiatives to identify potential new opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

What We Are Looking For

2-4 years PQE in asset finance, banking, corporate, or commercial real estate

Strong academics with excellent drafting, analytical and technical skills

Commercial awareness and a solution-focused approach to problem-solving

A team player with a growth mindset and adaptability
