Job descriptionHonours degree in finance, economics or mathematics. CFA / ACA desirable but not essential. Minimum 2-4 year's experience in Investment Banking (Bulge Bracket), Corporate Finance or equivalent transaction focused role. Strong competency in financial modelling, excel and valuation techniques. Demonstrable transaction experience with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
The Role
- Working alongside Investment Team members to construct and develop complex financial models.
- Key focus will be on valuation modelling, supporting on acquisition due diligence for potential investments.
- Perform regional market and competitive analysis as requested to support entry into new market opportunities.
- Proactively managing partnerships and associated relationships on behalf of the company.
