Senior Process Development Scientist

Lead research activities in the lab, manage experimental work plans, and ensure alignment with technical workflows.

Guide and direct scientists, engineers, and analysts, mixing hands-on work and leadership.

Oversee tech transfer, process development, and optimization in small molecule areas (chemical reactions, crystallization, filtration, etc.).

Analyze experimental data, collaborate with teams to form hypotheses and research strategies.

Author and review technical presentations, updates, reports, and client materials.

Apply specialist knowledge in process development, scale-up studies, and problem-solving using chemistry principles and modeling.

Ensure high standards in research execution and maintain with workflows in commercial projects.

Present data effectively and represent the organization at client meetings and conferences.

Adhere to GLP standards and safety / quality protocols.

Requirements :

Minimum 2+ years industry experience for PhD holders, 7+ years for MSc holders, or 10+ years for bachelor's holders in process development or related fields.

Experience in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and in pharmaceutical process development.

Proficiency in PAT applications, experimental planning, scale-up, and tech transfer.

Skilled in technical coaching, mentoring, and leading teams.

Strong technical writing and presentation abilities.

Ideal : Experience leading a PD / MSAT laboratory.
