This senior role oversees day-to-day operations, including guest experiences, retail, and food & beverage, ensuring world-class standards and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Drive operational strategy, performance, and growth opportunities. Manage budgets ($35M+ p.a.), financial reporting, and revenue optimization. Lead, train, and develop operational teams; foster a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and inclusivity standards. Enhance guest experiences and resolve issues professionally. Collaborate with marketing and community stakeholders. Requirements : Bachelors in Business, Hospitality, or related field. 3+ years senior management experience in attractions, theme parks, or hospitality. Strong financial literacy and experience managing operational budgets. Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and guest booking systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
