Duties and Responsibilities
Below duties & responsibilities will need to be closely aligned with internal DDM / Sales teams including bringing full support to DDM / Sales teams need to support Partners, while fully leveraging initiatives already in place
Market understanding
Facilitate and run workshops with Partners to fully understand and proactively anticipate their needs.
Conduct Benchmarks, market watches, customer surveys, mystery shopping, focus groups. Create market analysis reports.
Collaborate with European / local market research agencies and purchase of research studies on specific topics related to the company business.
Product innovation
o Propose offer enrichment on CACI standard CPI and GAP products / new innovative products based on market understanding incl. end-to-end product design in close collaboration with actuarial teams (covers, exclusions, high-level pricing indications, etc.) and in compliance with our business proposition approval and review process.
o Lead Project Management on feasibility studies of proposed new products across functions incl. legal, risk, compliance, actuarial, underwriting operations.
o Lead Project management on product documentation / marketing pitches, registration, in close co-operation with compliance teams.
Support to Distribution
In close collaboration with internal DDM / Sales teams / Partners :
o Training kits, F2F training sessions, webinars, POS material, storytelling pitches, sales pitches
o Overarching Project Management involving CACI / and Group key functions when needed (Business Units and Service Units)
