Key Accountabilities :
Supporting the CMU team with administrative and reporting requests and queriesEnsuring that KPIs are managed and maintained on accountsLiaising with head office and customers with respect to any issues encountered on a day-to-day basis and responding in a timely manner.Coordinating with customer service and the various head office operations teams on service levelsLiaise with telesales, merchandising, purchasing and operations regarding new listing, nominated lines and promotional and seasonal cyclesMaintaining and building relationships with site managers and chefs of specific commercial accountsAdministration of commercial account projects to ensure timely and effective completionGenerating reports daily using a range of software applicationsBe responsible and flexible to ensure customers' needs are metRequirements :
Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Excel is essentialPrevious Office / Administration experienceStrong numerical & analytical skills essentialProven customer relationship skillsStrong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlinesProven reporting skills and ability to analyse reportsFluent in English - written and spokenPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsSysco Ireland Culture
