Branch Manager - Kildare

Sanderson are partnering with a Global Insurance Group to recruit for a Branch Manager to lead their Naas Branch in Kildare on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Branch Sales Office to achieve performance targets across sales revenue, policy growth, staff engagement, customer service excellence, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage all branch operations, promoting a comprehensive insurance offering across Retail and segmented Commercial lines. Drive branch profitability and growth through strong local market presence and community engagement. Maximise resource utilisation across footfall, inbound / outbound telephony, and fulfilment activities. Champion customer-first convenience through simplification and self-service, while maintaining a personal and community-focused approach. Engage with customers through tailored, omni-channel communication aligned to customer profiles. Build trusted relationships through proactive business, community, and affinity engagement. Manage staff performance in line with HR policies, fostering a high-performing retail team. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legislative, and governance requirements, including cash handling and expense procedures. Contribute to cross-functional projects as needed. Analyse local market data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decisions. Qualifications & Experience : MCC Qualified in both Personal and Commercial General Insurance Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within financial services, with proven team management skills Full clean driving licence Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong understanding of performance management and branch operations Excellent knowledge of insurance products, compliance, health & safety, and branch security procedures Demonstrated ability to network effectively with key stakeholders This position is designated as a Controlled Function under the Fitness & Probity Regime, and the successful candidate will be subject to enhanced background screening.
