Job snapshot In your role, you will be required to fulfil the complete range of Field Sales Manager duties for O’Flynn Medical. You will support the sale and rental of specialist medical equipment across the acute and community service. You will be required to support the growth of this business to ensure the long-term sustainability and performance of the business. You will be highly motivated, ambitious, and dedicated to the development of new business in this new division. The role requires an individual who is dynamic, with strong sales skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Group Responsibilities : Not limited to but will include : Generate and manage sales within the divisions, ensuring agreed quarterly and annual sales targets are delivered through a combination of appropriate activities with existing and potential customers to meet or exceed sales targets on an on-going basis. Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), including a range of senior health professionals and key suppliers. Take leadership from the Sales & Marketing Director for the sales strategy and drive its implementation. Ability to explore new clients, market potential and business opportunities. Ensure that all activities are undertaken in line with the overall requirements of the company sales plan and sales objectives. Keep up to date on market and product developments allied to the industry and keep representatives and management fully informed. To follow company procedures and attend all courses, seminars and training sessions as deemed necessary. Actively gather market intelligence and information related to competitor activities to support decision making on performance and allocating resource. Seek and evaluate new product ideas, providing adequate information and facilitate ongoing communication. Assist in product evaluations and / or clinical studies as appropriate. Work closely and effectively with the HC21 Group sales team and with support functions to provide the best possible service to the customer and the patient. Participate in trade shows, training, and marketing activities as required. Assist with the contracts / tender process for all Key Accounts when necessary. Prioritise objectives and schedule work to make best use of time and resources. Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports for the Divisions Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic direction and day-to-day support to a team expanding in size and scope, ensuring alignment with company goals. Ensure that you comply with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and Safety Top performers will have : Tenacity, drive, and enthusiasm to support the growth of the business unit in partnership with leading brands. Experience in executing territory sales plans. Strong commercial skills coupled with a highly developed analytical ability.
