A fast-growing, private equity-backed business supporting major data centre projects is looking to hire a Financial Accountant for their newly acquired company in Clonmel. This is more than just a standard accounting role, youll set up a new company from scratch, implement systems, and establish a finance function that will grow with the business. The Opportunity : Set up the new company : CRO registration, bank accounts, accounting systems, and payroll transfer. Resolve initial finance and operational challenges. Build a finance hub in Clonmel over time and grow your own team. Work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership, influencing the business as it expands. About You : Competent and highly organised doesnt have to be qualified, but must be confident working independently. Self-starter, willing to take ownership and drive processes. Flexible on remuneration and benefits, including pension arrangements. Available to start as soon as possible.
