Senior Safety Process Engineer (EHS)

12 month contract, 3 days per week.

The Senior EHS engineer will lead and manage all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) aspects of a critical technology transfer project at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site.

The role requires a highly skilled specialist who can ensure compliance, identify and mitigate risks, and implement safety and containment strategies in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Provide EHS leadership and support for a technology transfer project at the manufacturing site.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and industry best practices.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate safety and environmental risks associated with project activities.
• Develop and implement safety and containment procedures to support operations.
• Conduct EHS reviews, risk assessments, and safety audits as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS requirements into project planning and execution.
• Deliver training and guidance to staff to promote safe working practices.
