Management Accountant - North Kildare (Hybrid)

Role Title : Management Accountant Reporting to : Finance Director Location : Co.

Kildare ( Hybrid) Salary : €65,000 - €70,000 Role summary : This role will work report to the Finance Director, working closely with the finance team, providing timely and relevant information to generate insights to enable robust decision making Key Tasks and Responsibilities : Reporting & Profit maximisation Preparation of Weekly P&L for various trading entities ensuring that the business understands the key performance areas for that site Preparation of Monthly management accounts for relevant trading entities highlighting key deviations or variances to the weekly P&Ls issued Analysis of operational and commercial performance that provides valuable insight for the business to remedy issues and drive performance Controls Balance sheet reconciliations ensuring the integrity of the balance sheet for which you are responsible for Preparation of monthly VAT returns Preparation of other compliance related returns relevant to the site Highlighting and escalation of any gaps in reporting and controls identified so that these can be remedied Assist in the annual financial audit for the relevant site(s) Ensure Transfer Pricing controls are monitored and reported on monthly, escalating any issues identified Commercial finance admin processes and controls to include; Pricing.

Ensure pricing controls in place to ensure accuracy of customer pricing and zero impact to debtor cash flow Transfer pricing : Develop controls and review the process in relation to transfer pricing across the sites to ensure accurate performance reporting and compliance Review pricing across the key customers for consistency, challenging the deltas Rebates.

Ensure customer rebate agreements are kept up to date Ensure values are communicated to all relevant stakeholders, accurately and on time Maintenance of customer rebate accruals, reviewing frequently and releasing as appropriate Qualification ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant newly qualified / up to 1 year PQE Knowledge / Experience / Qualities Ideally, experience of a manufacturing, FMCG, multi-site environment Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and under pressure Experience of ERP systems Advanced excel user Hands on approach to the achievement of objectives
