Placement coordinator

Cpl Healthcare is one of Irelands leading healthcare agencies and provides a number of healthcare workers nationwide in a variety of settings on a temporary basis. Cpl Healthcare is currently accepting applications for the post of placement coordinator. Based in our Dublin office. Be You, Be Kind, Be Proud The main responsibilities of this post are as follows; Answer telephone calls (up to 100 calls per day) Match healthcare workers availability to our clients requirements Action client e-mails Generate reports. Every call is different, and it will be down to you to help our customers at every stage of their individual journey with Cpl Healthcare. Shift pattern 5 Days per Week over 7 Days i.e., 5 Days Monday to Sunday as required by Roster. Shift work between the hours of 7 : 00am 9 : 30pm. Bank Holiday cover is also required. Experience working in a Healthcare setting is an advantage but not essential, candidates must; 1. Possess excellent communicative skills. 2. Work well as part of a large nationwide team. 3. Maintain a high standard of attention to detail. 4. Be IT literate. 5. Have the ability to multitask and prioritise while meeting strict deadlines. 6. Exude a professional courtesy to all Cpl Healthcares clients and candidates. 7. Commit to a roster incorporating the shift pattern outlined above. Why Join Us?
