Join Emerson as a Graduate Service Engineer where you will partake in an 18- month programme within our Systems & Software team in Ireland (Cork or Dublin) where you can kick-start yourengineering career within our Services group with the opportunity to support Irelands Life Sciences sector. Expect excellent training and the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring Managers and Engineers in the industry!

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• The programme has been designed to offer the skills and knowledge you need to immediately add value and contribute to meeting the needs of our premier clients. The program will commence with an initialsix-week technology boot campinthe European Engineering Hub in Cluj Romania which will provide you with asolid technical foundationacross a range of Emerson products and services.
• Within the programme you will work within our Services Group collaborating with experienced Engineers where youll have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of functions that we provide including;
• Applications Support (Upgrades Enhancements);
• System Maintenance activities;
• Cyber security assessments;
• Resident Engineering (Commissioning support Front Line Support);
• And System Administration.

• Youll build a broad knowledge base and hone your skills through the immersive Global Leaning Centre e-learning that is built around your needs specialised Life Sciences orientation combined with exposure to product/ systems specialists.

Outside of your day-to-day you will have the opportunity to get involved in employee- led initiatives and activities to drive collaboration and innovation too.
Upon completion of the program you will transition into the role of an Engineer. This programme allows you to gain valuable experience and learn from the best at an industry- leading global organisation.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Be on course to achieve a Bachelors Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline with a graduation date between 2025- 2026 and a minimum of a 2:2 classification.
• Be motivated and curious with a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work at customer sites across the UK & Ireland and abroad.
• A valid full driving licence and access to a car.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• An interest within a Tech discipline e.g. Computer Science Systems Engineering Software Engineering or similar.
• An understanding of virtualisation networks and cyber security.

You will be expected to travel to Cluj Romania for a six-week period as part of the initial training which will commence in August 2026.
