Position Summary
We are seeking an Enterprise Subscription Analyst with a strong commercial mindset to join our Dublin-based team.
This role is responsible for managing and optimising some of Bentley's largest subscription contracts, ensuring timely renewals, accurate forecasting, and smooth transitions to our E365 program.
The successful candidate will bring proven analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights with clarity and impact.
Acting as a partner to sales teams and directly engaging with key stakeholders, you will support commercial decisions that influence recurring revenue performance.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring timely renewals, accurate invoicing, and long-term client retention.
Analyse user consumption data and perform subscription model calculations with precision and attention to detail.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for sales and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for account growth, program conversion, and product expansion.
Maintain accurate renewal and conversion forecasts, ensuring CRM and ERP data integrity.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver a seamless renewal process and resolve contract or billing queries.
Communicate the value of Bentley's Enterprise programs to clients, reinforcing retention and engagement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bentley's product portfolio to support commercial discussions effectively.
Qualifications
Up to 3 years of experience in subscription management, revenue operations, or commercial program management within a SaaS or enterprise environment.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to work with large datasets.
Commercial acumen with the ability to apply business drivers in contract and renewal scenarios.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
Experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and subscription billing systems.
A proactive, results-oriented approach with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
