Job description :

Organise and maintain the showroom and forecourt to a high standard.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring an outstanding experience from initial enquiry to purchase.

Assist customers in finding their perfect vehicle.

Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest vehicle models and promotions.

Handle sales transactions, including negotiating pricing and offering finance options.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
