Job Title : Director of Sales Galway Salary Guide - €75,000 - €85,000 DOE We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to join a prestigious 4-star hotel in Galway.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Senior Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career and make a significant impact in a property renowned for its guest experience, events, and corporate offering.

As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear sales strategy to drive revenue across rooms, conferences, events, weddings, and F&B.

You will build strong relationships with key corporate clients, agencies, and tour operators while identifying new business opportunities to achieve and exceed targets.

The successful Director of Sales will : Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.

Create and manage annual sales and marketing plans.

Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Maximise revenue opportunities across all departments.

Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Report on performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements : Previous experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Director of Sales in the hospitality sector.

Proven track record in delivering revenue growth.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong market knowledge of Galway and the wider hospitality industry.

A results-driven and strategic mindset.
