Overview

Location : We are currently hiring for different territories : Dublin, Midlands (Laois, Carlow) and Southwest (Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny).

Starting Salary : €74,000, rising to €114,000 after 3 years

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

As an Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in overseeing the performance and operations of multiple stores within your assigned area.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Store Managers across your territory

Drive team motivation, efficiency, and collaboration

Develop and coach your management teams

Analyse stock, sales, and KPIs to maximise performance

Conduct store visits, audits, and cash management checks

Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and re-openings

Deliver annual business plans and staffing structures

Implement company strategy within your territory

Experience And Skillset

Minimum of 3 years\' management experience

Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within territory / area

Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a high-performance setting

Experience in a fast-paced retail or operational environment

Area or multi-site management experience is an advantage

Compensation And Benefits

€84,000, rising to €114,000 after 3 years
