Senior Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist Part-Time (Offaly, CDNT / Special School) €40€50 per hour | Contract Role | Immediate Start Emerald Locums are recruiting on behalf of our client for aSenior Paediatric Speech and Language Therapistto join a supportiveChildrens Disability Network Team (CDNT)based inOffaly. This is apart-time contract rolewithin aSpecial School setting, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on childrens lives in a multidisciplinary environment. The Role : Provideassessment, diagnosis, and interventionto children with complex developmental needs, primarily within a Special School environment. Develop and deliverindividualised treatment plansandgroup therapy sessionstailored to the childs communication needs. Work closely with families, teachers, SNAs, and the wider CDNT including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists. Contribute tomultidisciplinary team meetings, school planning, and ongoing service development. Support the implementation ofAAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)where appropriate. Requirements : CORU registration as aSpeech and Language Therapist. Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience, ideally within paediatrics or disability services. Previous work in a CDNT or Special School setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication, teamworking, and clinical reasoning skills.
