General Duties

Project Planning and Scheduling

  • Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules to ensure timelines are met.
  • Adjust plans proactively to address delays or changes .

    • Team and Subcontractor Coordination

  • Oversee on-site teams and subcontractors , ensuring efficient communication and alignment with project goals.

    • Budget Management

  • Track and control expenses to prevent budget overruns .
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

    • Safety and Quality Compliance

  • Enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards through regular audits and assessments.

    • Risk Management

  • Review project plans to identify potential risks.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and implement value-engineering solutions .

    • Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison , providing regular updates on progress, budgets, and schedules.
  • Address any client concerns promptly and professionally.

    • Resource Allocation

  • Evaluate and allocate labor , materials , and equipment to meet project demands effectively.

    • Site Inspections and Monitoring

  • Conduct routine site visits to ensure compliance with quality , safety , and project goals.
  • Resolve issues as they arise to maintain smooth operations.

    • Documentation and Environmental Compliance

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation , including reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
  • Oversee environmental protection practices , ensuring compliance with regulations like waste management and erosion control .

    • Requirements

    Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years in construction, with proven project management expertise.

    • Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as Word , Excel , and project management tools .
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
