Mechanical Project Manager (Sweden)

Mechanical Project Manager Mechanical Project Manager required to join one of Europes leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Sweden.The successful candidate would be reporting into the Project Director and will be provided excellent support and career progression opportunities. Duties : Manage critical project milestones, costs, and material deliveries to avoid delays. Review construction proposals, pricing, scopes, and ensure proper change management. Oversee subcontractor performance, manpower levels, and site operations with package managers. Track and report progress, risks, variations, and labour hours through structured reporting. Support quality, safety, snagging, and compliance processes across all project stages. Lead project close-out activities, including final accounts, documentation, and handover. Requirements : Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or relevant Mechanical trade background. 5 Years+ experience in a similar role. Must have worked with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK. Proven track record of having led teams on large projects with tight deadlines. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous. Proficient in MS Office.
