Financial accountant

Hire Force is working with a European Logistics Company that is expanding its Irish operations and as a result, there is a requirement for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team.

This role reports into the Finance Director and you will assist this person in the finance function of critical Irish & European sites.

Responsibilities : Assist in the preparation of management accounts in a multicurrency environment Assisting with preparation of monthly Group Reporting pack Management of the intercompany accounting process Variance analysis and productivity analysis Providing support to the Groups treasury and tax functions Assisting with budgeting and forecasting Liaising with internal and external auditors Preparation of subsidiary statutory financial statements Ad hoc duties and projects (e.g.

systems development and acquisition integrations) Knowledge, Skills and Experience : Qualified Accountant Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Effective team player who is also capable of working independently Remuneration : Competitive salary (DOE).
